About Chevrolet Suburban

The 2024 Chevy Suburban arrives with one small change compared to the preceding 2023 model year: the deletion of the Auburn Metallic paint color.

Highlighted pricing for the 2024 Chevy Suburban revealed a $2,100 bump on all trims, which includes a $100 increase for the destination freight charge to $1,995. Check out the 2024 Suburban pricing with options and packages.

Incidentally, the fastest-turning Chevy Tahoe and Suburban engine on dealer lots is the 3.0L I6 LM2 turbodiesel Duramax engine, and the most popular trim level is the off-road-oriented Z71 trim level, accounting for 23 and 22 percent of the total vehicle sales mix, respectively.

Prototype of 2025 Chevy Suburban in range-topping High Country trim

This past November, GM debuted the refreshed 2025 Chevy Suburban as the fifth model year of the 12th-generation extended-length full-size SUV. The updated model features a new exterior and interior design, a wealth of new tech features, and a new diesel engine option. It also has nine additional wheel combinations, including some 24-inch alloy options. The refreshed model lights finally go all-LED, modernizing the lighting technology used at the rear of the vehicle.

The new 3.0L I6 LZ0 turbodiesel Duramax engine delivers more power and torque than the outgoing 3.0L I6 LM2 turbodiesel and will be available in the Z71 trim level for 2025.

Also, updated tech features include new trailering assists and the vaunted GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assistance feature. The updated SUV gets nine additional wheel combinations, including 24-inch alloy options.

The refreshed 2025 Chevy Suburban was unveiled alongside its regular-length stablemate, the refreshed 2025 Chevy Tahoe. Both SUVs will go on sale later this year.
