Now in the twelfth generation of the iconic Bow Tie full-size SUV nameplate, the 2024 Chevy Suburban is expected to introduce only a single change from the 2023 model year, removal of Autumn Metallic from the available paint colors list. Now, a complete breakdown of MSRPs for all 2024 Suburban variants has been uncovered by GM Authority.
GM is increasing prices by $2,000 for all trim levels of the 2024 Chevy Suburban compared to the 2023 model. On top of this, the $1,995 destination freight charge is $100 higher than last year’s $1,895 DFC. Combined, the two price changes add $2,100 to all 2024 Suburban trims.

While we were expecting GM to launch the nameplate’s mid-cycle refresh with the 2024 Chevy Suburban, it’s now certain the much-anticipated makeover won’t come until the 2025 Chevy Suburban launches. Changes for the 2025 model year should include an overhaul of the exterior, interior, and engine lineup of the SUV.
Among the expected changes from the 2024 Chevy Suburban to the refreshed 2025 Chevy Suburban is fresh styling for the exterior. A new two-tiered lighting setup for the front end will likely be introduced, framed by a reworked front fascia. Continuing back along the body, the 2025 model should also get a new roof-mounted antenna fin and new 24-inch wheel options. Revised taillight clusters and a new rear fascia are on the work sheet as well.
Inside the cabin, we’re expecting the overhaul to include a revised center stack and a new, bigger infotainment screen. Gasoline powertrain options are expected to remain the same, including the aforementioned naturally aspirated 5.3L V8 L84 gasoline engine and the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine. However, diesel variants will now probably be motivated by the new 3.0L I6 LZ0 turbodiesel Duramax engine in place of the 3.0L I6 LM2 turbodiesel Duramax powerplant.
The 2024 Chevy Suburban rides on the GM T1 platform, while production takes place at the GM Arlington plant in Texas. The same platform and production site will be used for the 2025 model.

GM absolutely prints money with their full-size SUVs.
Nahhhhh!! Not another price increase🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Here is why I’m with the UAW!!!!!!!
I’ve owned 26 Suburbans from 1950 to 2022 and they are the best. I even had a 1950 Plymouth Suburban.
Exact same components as 2023 that gave GM record profits , most likely at the same contract price per component as last year (or better due to much higher volumes), so just need to rake it in even more…. No end to GM filthy executive wealth/greed. I guess Mary needs higher heels to see above and over her fortune.
Mercedes-Benz prices and cheap Chevrolet interiors, don’t expect to see the cheapest models available; dealers will order $9,000 worth of options on all models which will make the cheapest model at $70,195 plus tax and title.
