Just last month, GM Authority gave a thorough overview of a range-topping 2024 Envista Avenir unit painted in the White Frost Tricoat (color code GP5) paint shade. With that in mind, GMA Executive Editor Alex Luft recently got his hands on a 2024 Buick Envista outfitted in the Sport Touring (ST) trim, and today, we’re taking a closer peek in the following GM Authority Live Photo Gallery.
As an ST model, this particular example slots right in the middle of the Envista lineup and features a few sporty updates over the Preferred and Avenir trim levels. Additionally, this Envista is coated in the Cinnabar Metallic (color code GFM) paint color.
Right off the bat, it’s easy to see elements of the Buick Wildcat EV concept sprinkled throughout the Tri-Shield crossover coupe. In fact, the Envista ST features a sharp front fascia that includes a dual-tier lighting configuration, the new Buick logo, a black mesh grille, and additional blacked-out exterior pieces that are contrasted with silver accents.
As for rollers, this unit rides on the optional 19-inch Black painted aluminum wheels (RPO code RBV).
Moving around the Envista, we can spot the aforementioned crossover coupe profile, as well as more black elements like gloss black mirror caps. Finally, out back lies a center-mounted coms fin, a center high-mounted stop lamp (CHMSL), an integrated spoiler, and two-tier taillamps.
The interior is highlighted by an eight-inch driver information center and an 11-inch diagonal infotainment screen. Buick Envista Sport Touring models feature ST logos embroidered on the front headrests, a standard flat-bottom steering wheel, and optional heated seats.
Under the hood, the 2024 Buick Envista is available with a single drivetrain combination, including the turbocharged 1.2L I3 LIH gasoline engine, rated at 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, and the GM six-speed automatic transmission. Output is routed to the front wheels exclusively.
Regarding structure, the Envista is underpinned by the GM VSS-F vehicle set, while production takes place at the GM Bupeyong plant in South Korea. Pricing for the Sport Touring starts at $25,195.
