2024 Buick Envista Avenir In White Frost Tricoat: Live Photo Gallery

Officially revealed back in April 2023, the Buick Envista represents the Tri-Shield brand’s attempt to entice younger buyers, an endeavor that it has thus far achieved. Indeed, the crossover coupe has been reasonably well-received, and now, we’re taking a closer look at a 2024 Buick Envista Avenir in the following GM Authority Live Photo Gallery.

As an Avenir model, this particular unit is positioned atop the Envista hierarchy, and features a few notable upgrades over the Preferred and Sport Touring (ST) trim levels. Additionally, this Envista is coated in the White Frost Tricoat (color code GP5) paint color.

For starters, the influence of the Buick Wildcat EV concept is quite obvious, as the crossover coupe draws many design elements from the concept. Beyond that, the Envista is underscored by a long wheelbase and LED checkmark lamps placed high in the fascia, giving it a premium look. In addition, the range-topping Avenir distinguishes itself from the rest of the lineup with an exclusive Black Ice chrome grille, along with body-colored lower front and rear fascias.

As for rollers, the Avenir rides on exclusive Pearl Nickel 19-inch wheels as standard equipment.

Moving onto the cabin, the Envista features an eight-inch driver information center and 11-inch diagonal infotainment screen, while Buick Envista Avenir examples boast an exclusive center stack, Avenir logos embroidered on the front headrests, and a heated flat-bottom steering wheel.

As a reminder, the 2024 Buick Envista is offered with a single drivetrain combination, consisting of the turbocharged 1.2L I3 LIH gasoline engine, rated at 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, and the GM six-speed automatic transmission. Output is routed to the front wheels exclusively.

Under the body panels, the Envista rides on the GM VSS-F vehicle set, while production takes place at the GM Bupeyong plant in South Korea. Pricing for the Avenir starts at $29,695.

  1. I’d love to see a breakdown of Envista trim level sales to date. Bet the Avenir is very low and it’s a very dumb idea. For that money, you can get a nicely equipped mainstream-brand compact CUV with a LOT more features.

  2. I think the Buick Envista looks very nice in Avenir trim, especially in White Frost Tricoat. Thank you to Trey Hawkins and GM Authority for showing so many photos.

    1. What world have you been living in the past 30 years? We’ve been living in a global economic world for over three decades. Like it or not, that’s the new reality

      1. A shame you can’t get a high performance 2L 4cyl in all of GM’s small vehicles as part of an option pkg.
Envista, Encore GX, Trax, Trailblazler, Equinox, Terrain …
Increase in sales and profit margin.
I guess that’s too complicated for people at the Top .

  4. I purchased a Buick Enviista Avenir 6 months ago.
    I absolutely love it!
I literally get a compliment almost every single day regarding the styling.
It only has a 3 cylinder turbo, but the gears and torque are proportion perfect in my opinion. The car is not longer-powered at The best part of my day is when I’m driving this car.
There’s only one thing I wish was an option. If only came with and all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive upgrade. I live in Buffalo New York and I bought my vehicle in January and didn’t really have any issues for the snowier part of the year, but every now and then we get a crazy storm and I will probably think twice driving in deep snow with it.

  5. It gets significantly better MPG with the 1.5T in other markets… even with stricter emission requirements. Why GM NA chose a pathetic 3 cyl. is questionable. (I’m not bashing performance here.) Anyway, perhaps it was a decision to justify moving to EV technology.
