Chevy Bolt EUV Pricing

The 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV gets notable changes over the inaugural 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV, namely a new Redline Edition and limited expansion of Super Cruise driving coverage.
Last fall, the Chevy Bolt EUV received top marks from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), specifically a five-star Overall Safety Rating, the highest score awarded by the agency.
However, in March, the Chevy Bolt EV and Chevy Bolt EUV ranked significantly below the segment average in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. EV Experience Ownership Study. Additionally, Chevy took last place in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Electric Vehicle Experience Home Charging Study, which measures customer satisfaction with permanently mounted Level 2 home electric vehicle charging stations.
Value-wise, though, the Bolt EUV qualifies for the full EV tax credit of up to $7,500. Notably, the 2023 Bolt EUV received a price increase in January of $600.
Furthermore, in December, Kelley Blue Book voted the 2023 Bolt EUV as the best new EV priced under $35,000.
Last month, Kelley Blue Book reported that the 2023 Chevy Bolt EV and Bolt EUV are the least expensive EVs to own over the span of five years in their respective category.
The Chevy Bolt EV and Chevy Bolt EUV currently serve as GM’s entry-level all-electric vehicles, offering zero local emissions and surprising practicality, all at an affordable price point. While The General initially confirmed that production of the Bolt EV and Bolt EUV will officially come to an end later this year, GM CEO Mary Barra confirmed during a Q2 2023 earnings report presentation that a next-generation Chevy Bolt is on the way after all. The automaker plans on “updating the vehicle with Ultium and Ultifi technologies,” Barra said during the earnings call, though the next-gen Chevy Bolt won’t be a clean-sheet redesign.
GM Authority has recently learned that 2023 Chevy Bolt EV, Bolt EUV production has been extended into December.

Some media outlets are saying that leasing an EV is the best way to beat these awful new vehicle prices. But what about residuals? With the coming glut of used EVs (many due to trade-ins after dissatisfaction), that can’t last.
I don’t know why GM forum keeps posting this. You can’t even get one. Demand is so high that all current production has been pre sold.
My closest dealer has one sitting out front when I went by the other day…🤷

There are lots of them coming into dealer that are not sold, depending on where you live. I just bought a Premium with the Redline option and Super Cruise with no ADM—absolutely love it!
I went to 3 different dealers in the Tampa area to see and drive models with different colors, interiors, and options. Each dealer had at least 2 in stock unsold and more on the way.
I did the same thing earlier this year and there was nothing available, but I think the media hype cooled down and they are more available across the board now.

Take that down payment and spread it over 36 months and you are paying $495/month for that lease.
That’s a cheap car payment by today’s standards.
Saw a Bolt today at Dunkin Donuts. It did look pretty sharp.
I am doing a 7 year deal and paying 472 a month, got my EUV for 31k.. I am trying this out after paying the car for a year, hoping to get 2k or more on clean air rebate and 7.5k federal.. once I get 9.5k on rebate and incentives put that towards the EUV and it should be about 18k-19k left after paying whole year. That will shorten the year or maybe decide to refinance or not. I will decide then once I collect all the money.
Sounds good. You do know that you don’t get the 7.5K in a lump sum rebate from the federal government though, it’s just a tax deduction. If you don’t owe more than 7.5K you’ll only get what you owe. I’m retired and my taxes are about half that amount. I’m still happy with my Bolt purchase it’s a great car. I got it in January and have 6000 miles on it with 0 problems.
