At present, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ is offered in four configurations – Luxury 1, Sport 1, Luxury 2, and Sport 2. Each model is equipped as standard with all-wheel drive, combining a pair of GM Ultium Drive motors with a 24-module, 200 kWh GM Ultium battery pack. 1. I have noticed the second row side door ac vent is removed in the configurator. I hope this is only a mistake and intend to make it in the production versions. For 130,000 usd this should be a basic feature especially for the market it’s positioned for as a flagship suv.

  2. This will be a massive hit

    1. Definitely. A ride this quiet and smooth, all that mass and inertia, you could t-bone someone and not even know it.

  3. I’ve advocated for this vehicle for a long time, arguing that the specs would outweigh the price. With 460 miles of estimated range, I think GM has the right idea. The only question now is how many Escalade or Escalade-like customers will come.

    1. It’s probably the livery companies that will be the first to entice more customers.

  4. Ugh, that full-Monte photo above burned my retinas, and when it spun around to show us its butt, I was ready to heave a bit. The profile’s not bad, but boy howdy, this thing’s looking like a Frankenstein version of the real thing overall.

    But hey, you do “you”.

  5. Charging extra for anything other than black or white paint is a d**k move, especially at 130-150K. I understand if it’s a specialized/rare color, but $625 for regular silver is just an extra f**k you fee they know won’t be questioned.
