Production
Production of the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray began on September 5th, 2023 at the GM Bowling Green plant in Kentucky – the only plant that builds the Corvette.
Platform
Like all Corvette C8 models and variants, the 2024 Corvette Stingray is based on the Y2 platform. Internally, the vehicles carry program codes Y2AC for the Convertible and Y2BC for the Coupe. All Corvette C8 models utilize the GM Global B electric architecture.
