2025 Cadillac XT6 Pricing Uncovered

The 2025 Cadillac XT6 introduces only a few small updates and changes compared to the preceding 2024 model year, at least in the U.S. market. However, the U.S.-spec 2025 Cadillac XT6 also brings with it a pricing update. Now, GM Authority has uncovered the starting MSRPs for the 2025 Cadillac XT6, revealing that the latest crossover is $400 more expensive across the board compared to the preceding 2024 XT6.

The 2025 Cadillac XT6 is more expensive than the 2024 model year.

As was the case for the 2024 model year, the 2025 Cadillac XT6 is available in three individual trim levels, including Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport. Two powertrain options are offered, depending on the trim level, while both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are offered as well.

The least-expensive 2025 XT6 offered is the Luxury trim with front-wheel drive, starting at $50,590, while the most-expensive 2025 XT6 is the Sport, starting at $62,090.

Check out the table below for a more thorough breakdown of starting MSRPs for the 2025 Cadillac XT6. Note that prices listed here include a destination freight charge of $1,395:

2025 Cadillac XT6 Starting MSRPs
Trim Level Drivetrain Powertrain 2025 MSRP + DFC
Luxury FWD Turbo 2.0L I4 LSY $50,590
Luxury AWD Turbo 2.0L I4 LSY $52,590
Premium Luxury FWD 3.6L V6 LGX $56,790
Premium Luxury AWD 3.6L V6 LGX $58,790
Sport AWD 3.6L V6 LGX $62,090

As previously covered by GM Authority, the 2025 Cadillac XT6 is scheduled to begin production on July 8th, 2024, at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee. One of the more significant updates arriving for the 2025 model year is the availability of the GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assist system as part of the Platinum Package.

Under the hood, the Cadillac XT6 offers two engine options. The first is a turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, rated at 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, followed by the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine, rated at 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque. The GM nine-speed automatic transmission is equipped as standard. Under the skin, the XT6 rides on the GM C1 platform.

  1. Lol. They refuse to give this thing an interior refresh yet they have the audacity to still want to increase the price on it. I feel like Cadillac never really gave it their all with the XT6.

    1. Exactly! I have a ‘23 and it’s perfectly mediocre in every way. By no means is it a bad vehicle, just average in every metric. With just the slightest bit of effort/investment it could/would be worthy of the Cadillac name, as it is it’s just a really nice Chevy. This being my 13th Cadillac, my suspicion is that GM doesn’t want it to be any nicer as they’re afraid it would takeaway Escalade sales.

      1. Exactly, you can’t stop buying/leasing one. Why would they change anything.

        1. Not getting another XT6, Mick. But I’ll be staying with Cadillac as it’s another Escalade for me. Just waiting on the ‘25 order bank to open.

        2. 2 liter 4 and the old v6. Be real Cadillac. After holding up on updating my 2018 Traverse to see what Cadillac will come up with. What a let down. I think the 2024 Traverse has more power and torque and the RS comes standard with Super Cruise.

  2. I have a 2021 XT6 sport my 3 year lease was up in February 0f this year only have 27000 miles on it so i bought it off the lease couldn’t see spending $67000 for the same exact car the only thing they changed was putting red front calipers on it the dash is outdated small screen Cadillac really needs to step up there game this being my 9th Cadillac . Start caring about your American buyers not so much Chinese buyers. Seeing how you did a refresh for there market you are supposed to be an American car manufacturer.

  4. Only my opinion gm lovers, but gm has lost it’s focus and heart on ICE vehicles. Spending $$millions/billions on EV’s at the expense of ICE vehicles. Has the gm executive management team even read all the recent surveys in Automotive News how in excess of 40% of current EV owners will buy an ICE vehicle for their next vehicle? Come on gm, refocus on the good ole USA instead of China and EV’s before it’s too late (or is it already too late?).

  6. A little disappointing indeed. Was hoping for the new platform but with Cadillac accruments such as air ride. So, 2024 Acadia Denali or Traverse RS at this point? I’m having difficulty figuring out why the Acadia is better than the Traverse. Does the Acadia ride better?

    1. Good Luck, as a loyal Acadia owner for 10 years I drove the 2024 as I was going to upgrade. After driving the Vehicle with the whimsy rubber and wind up engine – no thanks GM. Bring back the 3.6 for 2025 and I will order!!!
