Watch A Corvette ZR1 Centennial Edition Burn Rubber For Breast Cancer Awareness

It’s not October, but frankly, who cares? If there’s a reason to destroy a perfectly good set of Michelin tires to save the twins, tatas, and/or funbags, then it really doesn’t matter when it happens.
What we see here is pro difter Ryan Tuerck in a 2012 Centennial Edition Corvette ZR1 in Carbon Flash paint, unleashing all 638 horsepower and 604 pound feet of torque from the LS9 supercharged V8. In doing so, he makes art out of tire marks, drawing out a ribbon in the process. So what’s the point? You’ll be glad to know that the featured ZR1 is up for raffle, with all proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation.
OK, wheres the link to the raffle?
I hope the replace the tires before they turn it over to the winner…
Does ZR1, Z06, and ZL1 stand for anything?
Historically, they’ve been RPO codes that have become model names due to their popularity:

Good show, Good Cause.
BRAVO!
I could not find anything on this auction/raffle. The only one I found was for a pediatric cancer facility from last April.
I still need one of these cars in my garage.
