- Deletion of Oxford Brown Metallic exterior color
- Addition of Greenstone Metallic exterior color
- Addition of 20-inch Machined face aluminum wheels with high gloss Black accents and beadlock appearance (SQ9) (LPO-level item)
- Not available on Work Truck models
- Multi-Flex tailgate with six functional load/access features is now available on all models
- For the 2021 model year this feature was not offered on any model
- For Work Truck models:
- Requires (PCV) WT Convenience Package
- Not available with pickup bed delete
- For LT models:
- Requires Convenience Package II
- Not available with:
- (QT6) Power up/down tailgate
- Pickup bed delete
- For LTZ models:
- Requires:

- Not available with:

- (DLF) Mirror changes to RPO code (DLN)Â for outside heated power-adjustable, manual folding, smaller non-trailer mirror
- Measurements: 11.2-inch (284.73mm) x 7.15-inch (181.69mm)
- Passenger mirror includes flat glass, not convex
- Requires WT Convenience Package
- Not available with Safety Package

- Addition of Seat Belt Adjustable Guide Loops on Crew Cab and Double Cab models
