One might think there’s not much overlap when it comes to the 2023 Chevy Corvette Z06 and 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V. Sure, both offer impressive performance for their respective segments, but that’s about where the similarities end, right? Well, as it turns out, not exactly, as both the Corvette Z06 and Escalade-V seem to utilize the same exhaust tips.
Of course, we should qualify that statement a little bit. When we’re talking about the 2023 Chevy Corvette Z06 and Cadillac Escalade-V sharing exhaust tips, we’re specifically referencing the foreign-market variant of the Corvette Z06. For those readers who may have missed it, the new 2023 Corvette Z06 runs a different exhaust treatment between U.S.-spec models and models sent overseas, with the former incorporating a central exhaust treatment with four rounded pipes, and the latter incorporating an outboard exhaust treatment with dual squared pipes in both corners.
The reason the 2023 Corvette Z06 offers two different exhaust treatments depending on the market has to do with emissions, as some foreign markets require the installation of a gas particulate filter. That said, the exhaust tips used by the foreign-spec Corvette Z06 seemingly match those on the new Cadillac Escalade-V.
As we can see, the exhaust tip treatment on both vehicles incorporate a flat upper section and sectioned-off lower half, with two tips per corner, making for four tips total. Even the color appears to be identical, with a black finish for both models.
Of course, there’s nothing inherently wrong in using the same exhaust treatment for both the 2023 Corvette Z06 and 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V. It’s a good looking piece, and definitely underlines the sporting nature of both models. It’s just interesting that GM seemingly used the same piece for such wildly different vehicles.
As a reminder, the 2023 Corvette Z06 features the naturally aspirated 5.5L V8 LT6 gasoline engine, which is rated at 670 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque, while the 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V features the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 gasoline engine, which is rated at 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque.

Wonder how the foreign customers feel about the corner, rather than the center exhaust on the domestic variant.
The only comment I have is screwing up again giving the Escalade more power than the Corvette same same engine as C7 Z06 amazing
My 2017 Grand sport exhaust tips are the exact same as on chevy Traverse.
