Refreshed 2024 Buick Envision Spied

The 2024 Buick Envision will arrive as the fourth model year for the current second-generation crossover, introducing a model refresh that will include new styling and a revised interior. Now, the refreshed 2024 Buick Envision has been caught testing in prototype form.

This prototype 2024 Buick Envision was seen out in the wild draped in heavy vinyl covers and swirling black-and-white camo, hiding refreshed styling set to drop with the 2024 model year. The new look will draw inspiration from the new Buick Envista that recently went on sale in China, which incorporates sleek, streamlined styling lines and taut surfaces. Additionally, the styling will draw from the recently debuted Buick Wildcat EV concept, which will primarily provide design inspiration for Buick’s future all-electric vehicles, but will also lend inspiration for future internal-combustion based vehicles as well.

Up front, the nose of the refreshed 2024 Buick Envision is clearly in line with styling cues seen on the 2023 Buick Envista, with long, thin, angular lighting signatures that draw up from the fascia and into the front fenders. Additional forward lighting elements can be seen below the lighting signatures, mounted in a vertical layout  in the corners of the bumper. Note that the lighting elements seen here are placeholder pieces.

Meanwhile, the fascia appears to be rounded and smooth with the exception of a hard angular line separating the hood line from the primary intake. The intake looks to emphasize the horizontal plane in terms of layout.

In the corners, we spot some large alloy wheels with a silver finish and broad multi-spoke design. A set of silver roof rails are seen up top.

The rear end is characterized by a set of large rear tail lamps, which may look a bit silly on this prototype – however, these are just placeholder units added in anticipation of revised tail lamps set to debut with the 2024-model-year refresh. The muffler and exhaust are also neatly hidden.

Finally, the 2024 Buick Envision cabin space is expected to boast a larger infotainment screen. Unfortunately, images of the new cabin are currently unavailable.

Stick around, because we’ll have further insights regarding the refreshed 2024 Buick Envision posted in the future. In the meantime, make sure to subscribe to GM Authority for more Buick Envision news, Buick news, and around-the-clock GM news coverage.

  1. I am glad to see bits of Buick’s future. It will be even more interesting to see when the first Electra is launched on the Ultium platform in 2024.

    1. It has the new Buick front end design, similar to the Wildcat Concept and the Envista. Do their front ends give you a Jaguar vibe?

    2. You are correct. First clear shot of the new production headlamps. Even more interesting are the two vehicles on the far left and right. Left def looks like a Cadillac, XT5 or 6 facelift? No idea what the far right is. Looks like Cadillac door handles but I don’t recognize the DLO. Anyone have an idea?

Edit: Actually, I don’t think that is the XT4. I think it’s the GT4 we saw in Chinese patent images.
