Cumulative deliveries of the GMC Yukon totaled 9,146 units in October 2016, an increase of more than 46 percent compared to the 6,247 units sold in October 2016. Those 9,146 units are made up of:
- 5,677 deliveries of the regular-length Yukon, an increase of 61 percent compared to the 3,525 units sold in October 2015, and
- 3,469 deliveries of the extended-length Yukon XL, an increase of over 27 percent compared to the 2,722 units sold in October 2015
These figures represent the Yukon’s best October retail sales performance since 2007, and mark the fourteenth consecutive monthly year-over-year growth for the SUV family.
In the first ten months of 2016, cumulative Yukon sales have increased 20 percent to 68,584 units, comprised of:
- 41,002 deliveries of the Yukon, an increase of 22 percent, and
- 27,582 deliveries of the Yukon XL, an increase of nearly 17 percent

In Canada, the Yukon family recorded 520 cumulative deliveries in October 2016, an increase of 26 percent compared to October 2015. The 520 units are comprised of:
- 257 units of the regular-length Yukon, an increase of 33 percent compared to 193 units sold in October 2015, and
- 263 units of the Yukon XL, an increase of 20 percent compared to the 219 units sold in October 2015
In the first ten months of the year, cumulative sales of the Yukon family totaled 3,938 units in Canada, an increase of 46 percent compared to the first ten months of 2015. These 3,938 deliveries are comprised of:
- 2,111 units of the Yukon, up 49 percent over the 1,413 units sold in October 2015, and
- 1,827 units of the Yukon XL, up 43 percent over the 1,278 units sold in October 2015
