Chief Camaro Engineer Al Oppenheiser Takes Delivery Of 2014 Camaro Z/28

The guys who work on the Chevrolet Camaro take great pride in what they do. In fact, chief engineer for the 2014 Camaro Z/28, Al Oppenhesier, was so proud of his creation he just couldn’t help but scoop one up for himself. Al O picked up his Summit White 2014 Z/28 from Rodgers Chevrolet in Woodhaven, MI. last week. Apparently, Oppenheiser ordered his Z with the idea of it being a track car and thus, didn’t check the box for the optional air conditioning unit when ordering his car.

Oppenheiser, along with the rest of General Motors, has sent no shortage of praise in the Z/28s direction, so it’s refreshing to see him put his money where his mouth is. See you at the track, Al.
