If you’re looking for a diesel-burning, Baja-style off-roader ready to hit the local dirt, then Bullet Motorsports has just the thing. The Florida-based specialty dealer recently got this impressive 1984 Chevy K10 pickup into inventory, offering up rugged good looks and four-figure twist via an upgraded 6.6L V8 Duramax diesel engine. Now, this custom 1984 Chevy K10 will go to the highest bid in a new online auction.
In a detailed video, Bullet Motorsports provides an overview of the truck, plus driving impressions. The exterior is highlighted for its exceptional condition, with the front fascia sporting a robust bull bar equipped with Heise lights and an LMR front grille. The truck’s body is enhanced with fiberglass fenders for a Baja-style aesthetic, while 17-inch Method wheels wrapped in 37-inch Mickey Thompson tires roll underneath. Tubular bumpers add to the rugged appeal.
Inside, the K10 is fitted with Dakota Digital gauges, a custom center console, and Vintage Air for modern comfort. Power windows and a premium sound system elevate the driving experience, while Corbeau seats and a Pioneer touchscreen finish it off.
Unsurprisingly, the truck’s suspension system is equally impressive, featuring dual Fox shocks in the front and a four-link ADS coilover suspension in the rear. Four-wheel disc brakes provide the stop.
Under the hood, this Chevy K10 is equipped with the 6.6L LBZ turbodiesel Duramax engine, a powerhouse typically found in the Chevy Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD. In stock form, the engine delivers 360 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. However, this particular engine has been upgraded with high-performance components, including a new turbo and new pistons, boosting its output to around 600 horsepower and 1,200 pound-feet of torque. Power is managed by a six-speed Allison transmission with a billet triple-disc torque converter, paired with a dual-range transfer case.
Now, this fully custom 1984 Chevy K10 is listed for sale on Bring a Trailer, with the highest bid set at $50,000 as of this writing. The auction is set to conclude on Tuesday, July 9th. The truck shows just 1,800 miles on the odometer.
