2024 Cadillac CT5 Available With New Red Accent Package

The 2024 Cadillac CT5 drops in as the fifth model year for the luxury four-door, offering up a few important updates and changes compared to the preceding 2023 model year. Among these is the new Red Accent Package, which includes a selection of aesthetic enhancements for the exterior. Now, we’re taking a closer look at the 2024 Cadillac CT5’s new Red Accent Package in the following GM Authority Feature Spotlight.

The new Red Accent Package for the 2024 Cadillac CT5 is tagged with RPO code PDK, and is offered as an LPO-level option, which means the package is installed at the dealer, as opposed to at the factory when the vehicle is initially produced.

The new Red Accent Package is offered on 2024 Cadillac CT5 Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport trim levels. Pricing is set at $3,395. The package includes the following content (relevant RPO codes and trim level availability listed in parentheses):

  • Red wheel center cap (5ZE)
  • Black wheel lug nuts (SPY)
  • Black wheel locks (SPZ)
  • Decals (Luxury and Premium Luxury only) (5KB)
  • Decals (Sport only) (SB9)
  • 20-inc Low Gloss Black alloy wheels with Red accents (SKX)

To note, the Cadillac CT5 is still available with the Bronze Accent Package (PDJ) and Blue Accent Package (PDL), which offer similar content. Both of these packages were introduced to the CT5 lineup last year, as GM Authority covered previously.

As a reminder, non-V variants of the 2024 Cadillac CT5 are equipped with one of two engine options. These include the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, which is offered on Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport variants, and the twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 LGY gasoline engine, optional on the Premium Luxury variant. The LSY engine is rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, while the LGY engine is rated at 335 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque.

The GM Alpha 2 platform provides the underpinnings across the lineup, while production takes place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan.

  6. But I would pay some extra for almost anything other than black carpet. I hate black carpet and that’s all that’s available in almost every model in every brand. I hate black carpet …….I REALLY HATE BLACK CARPET.
