Chevrolet Camaro Discount Reaches $2,250 In April

A new Chevrolet Camaro discount is available through the month of April, amounting to $2,250 in 2020 Camaro models, while a smaller $1,500 purchase incentive is offered on the 2021 Camaro.

In addition, a special lease program can be found on the 2021 Chevrolet Camaro LT1 which, as its name suggests, is equipped with GM’s naturally aspirated 6.2L LT1 V8 engine. Thanks to a very low interest rate, the Camaro LT1 can actually be leased for a lower monthly payment than the base 1LS trim level.

Chevrolet Camaro Incentives

Nationwide Chevrolet Camaro discount offers for April 2021 are as follows:

  • Featured Purchase Offers:
    • 2020 Camaro: $2,250 cash allowance
    • 2021 Camaro: $1,500 cash allowance
  • Featured Lease Offer: $287 a month for 39 months
    • Applies to 2021 Camaro LT1 Coupe with the optional 10-speed automatic transmission
    • Ultra low-mileage lease with 10,000 miles per year
    • $287 due at signing for eligible current lessees (after all offers)
    • $0 security deposit

The above cash purchase Chevrolet Camaro discount offers are valid through May 3rd, 2021, while the special lease program is valid until June 30th, 2021.

Chevrolet Camaro Pricing

For reference, here are the 2020 and 2021 Camaro trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, $995 destination freight charge included:

  • LS – $25,995
  • 1LT – $26,495
  • 2LT – $28,495
  • 3LT – $32,495
  • LT1 – $34,995
  • 1SS – $37,995
  • 2SS – $42,995
  • 1SE (ZL1) – $62,995

Sales of the Chevrolet Camaro continue to trail those of the Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger, with a slight decrease in the United States during the first quarter of 2021 compared to the same period in 2020. In other recent news, the six-generation Camaro is being recalled for a driver’s side airbag cover issue, where the steering wheel emblem could separate from the cover upon deployment and increase the risk of injury.

  1. within 100 miles of Milwaukee there are a whole 48 avail. this includes metro Chicago and you better like wild cherry because that is what 70% of available are and they are currently not assembling camaros and it is unlikely they will for my. 21

    1. I hear that. I ordered a ZL1 1LE.
Dealer said it won’t be a 21. Probably won’t see the car until late summer, maybe fall.

  2. I just want to know information about the 2022 camaro. In my area the only new camaros on lots are undesired ones like 4 cylinder ones and some V6 ones. Not that the V6 is bad but the dealers order the lowest specs. Contrast that to a Dodge lot and one can find many V8 challengers. Dodge has more pride in their machine.

    1. They should be stocking more of the V6 3LT not the 2LT and not just black interiors only.

  3. Getting very tired of reading these announcements about these so-called “discounts” on Camaros when I can’t find an LT1, or a 6-speed SS anywhere near me. And a ZL1? Forget it. There hasn’t been one of those on any car lot within 100 miles of me for the past 6 months.

And a new C8 Corvette? That’s like trying to find a ghost.

  4. Getting tired of reading these “discount” announcements on cars that are impossible to find anywhere within 100 miles of me. LT1 and 6-speed SS models are nowhere to be found, and ZL1s are like trying to find a ghost. The few Camaros on lots around where I live are either 6-cylinder strippers or else have the anemic 4-bangers.

Meanwhile, Beechmont Ford in Cincinnati, Ohio is selling 750-horsepower 2020 Ford Mustang GT models for just under $45,000 with a full factory warranty. No doubt, they’ll be swamped with orders.

Apparently gm, in it’s mad rush to an all-EV lineup, is abandoning the performance market segment.

    smh……………….

  5. I secured this LZ1 deal couple months ago. Holding paper, paid security deposit. Car is stuck on a train somewhere in Ohio. 6+ weeks late. My dealer rewrote my contract so I wouldn’t get billed without car, pretty cool of them. I had my car broker search everywhere for plan B, another LT1. LT1 like mine, but any LT1. Nothing. Also my dealer said they have almost no inventory of anything. Said everything selling over sticker. Wheres as year ago everything 3-4k under. Im naturally bummed car is so delayed, but very thankful I got into one. I dont get how GM is upset about Camaro sales, when they make it veyrhard to get one, even before microchips issues
