Once upon a time, now President Donald Trump veered into the limousine business, inking a deal to produce a Trump line of limousines to be the be all, end all of luxury.
These limos, based on a 1988 Cadillac, featured car phones, a paper shredder, fax machines and the latest cutting-edge technology for the time. However, Trump only ordered one after the deal was set and only two are known to exist. Somehow, the 1988 Cadillac owned by President Trump, and allegedly his father, made its way to the UK, and it has now been listed for sale.
Auto Express reports the 1988 Trump Cadillac limousine has surfaced at a Gloucestershire dealership with a £50,000  ($62,385 USD) asking price. Only 45,000 miles are present on the barge of a Cadillac and the luxury trimmings, such as real leather, rosewood trim and more, seem to have held up to the test of time.
It’s sure to be a unique piece of American political history at some point and we have no doubt it will find a buyer. As for President Trump himself, he’ll be graced with an all-new Cadillac presidential limousine later this year.
