Cadillac Escalade Sales Fall A Slight 1.4 Percent To 3,037 Units In August 2016

Cumulative deliveries of the Cadillac Escalade totaled 3,037 units in August 2016, a decrease of 1.4 percent compared to the 3,080 units sold in August 2015. Those 3,037 units are made up of:

• 1,867 units of the “regular” Escalade, an increase of 5.48 percent compared to the 1,770 units sold in August 2015, and
• 1,170 units of the extended-length Escalade ESV, a decrease of 10.69 percent compared to the 1,310 units sold in August 2015

In the first eight months of 2016, cumulative Escalade sales are up 2.76 percent to 22,937 units, comprised of:

• 14,034 units of the “regular” Escalade, an increase of 5.13 percent, and
• 8,903 units of the Escalade ESV, a decrease of 0.77 percent

In Canada, the Escalade recorded 235 cumulative deliveries in August 2016, an increase of 57 percent compared to August 2015. The 235 units are comprised of:

• 98 units of the regular-length Escalade, a decrease of 11.7 percent compared to 111 units sold in August 2015, and
• 137 units of the Escalade ESV, an increase of 260 percent compared to the 38 units sold in August 2015

In the first eight months of the year, cumulative sales of the Escalade totaled 1,689 units in Canada, an increase of 23.65 percent compared to the first eight months of 2015.
