This isn’t exactly the best way to celebrate a honeymoon, we’d reason. According to Autoblog, which has provided dash-cam footage from the event, the driver of a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox led Juliet, Tennessee police on a 20-mile, high-speed chase after tying the knot.
Police attempted to make contact with the vehicle after one cruiser noticed the 2006 Equinox enter the freeway erratically. The groom then swerved and hit the patrol car, and proceeded to initiate the high-speed chase.
After 20 miles, and many obscene gestures from the window, the driver pulled over in a hotel parking lot and awaited police. The driver was arrested and charged with evading arrest, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
The driver told police the was just married, and was trying to process everything, which turned into a “crisis” and had “a lot on his mind.”

Waht a waste of a good 2006 Chevy Equinox! If he did this in an import, he would had crashed, flipped over, and died.
