On October 14th, Chevrolet revealed the exterior of its Chinese-market Lova RV. Now the brand has taken the wraps off the interior.
The sculpted theme of the exterior seems to largely carry over to the interior. With its “dual-cockpit” design, the dash swoops and curves around the prominent seven-inch high-definition touch screen sporting the Chevy MyLink infotainment system.
Below the infotainment screen are two minimalistic levels of controls consists of buttons and knobs for radio and HVAC settings. Other touches such as chrome-trimmed door handles, crystal blue instrument lighting, “laser-engraved” etching and a leather steering wheel give the cabin a more upscale feel.
But where the Chevrolet Lova RV truly shines is in practicality. Throughout the interior there are 22 user-friendly and strategically-placed storage spaces, including a clever umbrella slot. Out back, there’s a 60/40 split-folding rear bench seat that fits up to 972 liters (34 cubic-feet) of total cargo space when folded flat.
With this “recreation vehicle’s” functional yet stylish interior, Chevrolet hopes to attract new Chinese buyers to the brand.
