The Chevrolet brand announced the rollout of Chevrolet Complete Care in Thailand today, a program visualized to span the entire lifetime of the vehicle for assistance, repairs and more.
The program was conceptualized after a global survey to understand the wants and needs of each market. Specifically, Thailand was up to bat for the program, as consumers there specified a need for top-notch sales and ownership experiences. Chevrolet Complete Care will be an essential step to filling that particular consumer need.
“With Chevrolet Complete Care, we seek to deliver a consistently satisfying and truly valuable Chevrolet ownership experience for all Chevrolet customers. Our goal is to demonstrate to our customers that we truly care about them throughout their ownership experience. We want to establish complete trust to earn customers for life through Chevrolet Complete Care,” said Stefan Jacoby, GM Executive Vice President & President, GM International (GMI).
Mike Devereux, Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Aftersales, GMI, added, “As one of the most comprehensive customer care packages from any brand, Chevrolet Complete Care provides customers a peace of mind, allowing them to focus on the important things in life and enjoy a stress-free journey.”
Specifically, the program offers 24-hour roadside assistance, a three-year 62,137 mile warranty and mobile service. Chevrolet call centers will be on hand to with certified technicians to answer any questions.
It’s possible a program like Chevrolet Complete Care could make its way to North America, implying a renewed focus on the consumer, especially since most dealer transactions end a few days after paperwork is signed and finalized. While no announcements have been made for the U.S., it very well could be implemented.
