As the company confirmed with the model’s official debut in August, General Motors has just officially launched the refreshed 2025 GMC Yukon in Mexico.

The automaker’s Mexican subsidiary launched the refreshed 2025 GMC Yukon in the domestic market of that country, where the full-size SUV reinforces its positioning as GMC’s flagship with significant technological improvements, a bolder exterior design and a carefully reworked interior. Distribution of the first 2025 Yukon units has already begun in Mexico with sales starting immediately during this month.

“GMC Yukon has played a relevant role in the premium large SUV segment since its launch in our country in 2006,” said Marketing Manager for Premium Brands at GM Mexico, Teresa Vera. “Following the addition of the new generations of Terrain and Acadia, the renewed 2025 Yukon raises the bar for the brand’s SUV portfolio with a bold, robust and daring redesign, in line with the DNA of GMC’s Professional Grade,” she added.

The refreshed 2025 GMC Yukon lineup in Mexico is comprised of three variants, the AT4 and Denali trim levels of the standard-body model along with a single Denali trim for the extended-body Yukon XL. All versions are powered exclusively by the 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine that develops 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque, mated to GM’s 10-speed automatic transmission.

Additionally, the 2025 GMC Yukon stands out for including the new standard GMC Premium infotainment system that features a multicolor head-up display, a 16.8-inch vertical touchscreen and an 11-inch digital instrument cluster. It also features the Google built-in interface, advanced OnStar services with 5G Wi-Fi and two 12.6-passenger screens for second-row passengers that maximize onboard connectivity and entertainment.

The refreshed 2025 GMC Yukon is now available for sale at the brand’s dealer network in Mexico, where the SUV is marketed as a premium model exclusively in range-topping trim levels with 4WD and a high level of standard features. The units arrive in the country imported from the GM Arlington plant in Texas, the manufacturer’s only facility worldwide that manufactures it. Here is pricing for the three available variants:

  • 2025 Yukon AT4: 2,252,500 pesos (about $111,490 USD at the current exchange rate)
  • 2025 Yukon Denali: 2,270,100 pesos ($112,360 USD)
  • 2025 Yukon XL Denali: 2,357,200 pesos ($116,670 USD)
