2018 Chevrolet Spark

The Chevy Spark brings two changes for the 2018 model year.

The all-new, second-generation Chevrolet Spark has been around for two full model years (2016 and 2017) in most global markets. And for 2018, the small city car receives two changes: the addition of an exterior color and the deletion of another.

Deletions

  • Kalamata exterior color (GV2)

New Features

  • Sorbet exterior color (G32)

The vehicle in question is sold as the Chevrolet Spark in most markets, with three major exceptions: Australia, New Zealand, and India.

Holden Spark (Australia, New Zealand)

General Motors does business in Australia and New Zealand under the Holden brand, as it does not market the Chevrolet brand in the region. The first-generation Spark was introduced as the Holden Barina Spark in Australia and New Zealand in 2013. However, that changed for the second-generation model, which is sold as the Holden Spark.

Chevrolet Beat (India)

In India, General Motors decided to retain the Spark name for the legacy Daewoo Matiz. As such, the second-generation Spark is sold as the Chevrolet Beat in the market.

The 2018 Chevy Spark will reach various markets around the world in the third quarter of calendar year 2017.
