A new viral video documents a high-speed chase between a Cadillac ATS and Arkansas State Police (ASP), with law enforcement pursuing the four-door luxury car at more than 130 mph. In the video, we see ASP engage in the pursuit from behind the wheel of a Chevy Tahoe PPV. The chase ends after the driver in the Cadillac fails to negotiate a corner and crashes.
According to a police report, the incident occurred on November 2nd, 2024, at about 11:21 a.m. local time. A state trooper stationed along Interstate 40 near White Oak observed a black Cadillac ATS traveling eastbound at approximately 109 mph in a 65-mph zone. The driver appeared to be accelerating and weaving through traffic, prompting the trooper to engage in a pursuit.
The Cadillac ATS driver later exited onto I-430 south, continuing to pass vehicles on the shoulder and reaching speeds over twice the speed limit. Around the five-minute mark, we see the Cadillac ATS driver perform a U-turn, crossing over the grassy center divider and entering oncoming traffic before reversing direction to head north on I-430. The trooper in pursuit attempts a tactical vehicle intervention (TVI) maneuver, but is unsuccessful before continuing the high-speed chase.
We later see the aftermath of a crash after the Cadillac driver loses control near the University Avenue exit, hitting a curb and traffic signs and immobilizing the sedan. We see the driver exit the vehicle visibly upset, slapping his car in frustration. The driver was later taken into custody, and apparently admitted that he fled out of fear of receiving a ticket, mentioning frustration with a Dodge vehicle nearby. The driver was uninjured but taken to Baptist Medical Center as a precaution before being transferred to Pulaski County Detention Center.
The Cadillac ATS driver now faces multiple charges, including fleeing by vehicle with substantial danger or death, reckless driving, criminal mischief with damage over $1,000, speeding over 15 mph above the limit, and illegally crossing a controlled median.

LOL, dude still unhinged about recent U.S. results, or what?!?!? 🤣🤣🤣
A clear case of driver’s ability to drive. That ATS should have smoked any Tahoe no matter if PPV or not. If I heard the trooper correctly at around 8:30 into the video, even he said how did he allow a Tahoe to catch him. haha.
Guy is certainly mentally ill.
I heard the ATS driver say “that thing’s so f***ing slow”. I did not catch the engine designation on the trunk lid, did anyone see it?
1. More drugs ?
2. The Smokey should be driving NASCAR or F1.
3. Love the growel of the Tahoe from zero to 100+.
4. Billy Bob Clinton country. Just a coinidence I guess.
5. More drugs ?
ATS Driver said he was so passed off with that Dodge. He have got smoked by a Dodge Demon Hemi Challenge or Charger.😆😆🤣🤣
Sorry…that’s not what my two eye see!!!! I see an ATS smoke the Arkansas Police, the title of this story is misleading and a lie.
you can never out run a radio never
not a good look for the brand. why not show some Fords doing this?
Much respect to the Arkansas State Police = they get their person. The highways in MS and TN are too dangerous because the states will not enforce the traffic laws.
Believe that is a AR dealer plate on that Cadillac car.
Hot pursuit like that could easily got the driver, other drivers and the officer killed. A miracle that things ended with no one hurt.
NIce ! A visual demo of the Tahoe’s top speed of 130 mph.
