Brand-New 2026 Cadillac Vistiq Electric Crossover Announced In Canada

Concurrent with the global debut of the brand-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq in Detroit, General Motors officially announced Cadillac‘s new electric crossover in Canada.

The automaker has just announced the brand-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq in Canada, which is confirmed to be the first country outside of the United States to receive the luxury brand’s new three-row crossover when it becomes available during the first half of next year. In addition to the American and Canadian markets, Cadillac says the 2026 Vistiq will be sold worldwide as part of its global portfolio of EV models.

“Cadillac continues to set the standard for American luxury. The introduction of Vistiq will continue to propel us into the EV future,” said Vice President Global Cadillac, John Roth. “With the addition of Vistiq, Cadillac will be one of the only brands to offer an EV entry in every luxury SUV segment. Vistiq will be sold globally, including in the U.S. and Canada,” he added.

As the fourth member of the brand’s all-electric utility vehicle lineup, the brand-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq rounds out the offering as a midsize three-row crossover positioned between the Cadillac Lyriq and the all-new Cadillac Escalade IQ, featuring Cadillac’s high standard of performance, craftsmanship and technology. The 2026 Vistiq stands out with its own exterior and cabin design elements, while offering the most comfortable third row in its class, according to the brand.

Additionally, the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq comes standard with a dual-motor, all-wheel drivetrain generating 615 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, fed by a 102-kilowatt-hour battery pack allowing for an estimated range of 483 kilometers or 300 miles on a single charge. Advanced chassis systems along with active rear steering promise a smooth and agile driving experience.

The brand-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq will be officially introduced in Canada early next year, following its start of regular production at GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee and its arrival in American dealerships. Unlike the model’s official announcement in the United States, Cadillac has not yet revealed pricing for the 2026 Vistiq for the Canadian market.

  1. If they would make this exact vehicle with a 3.0 TT V6 from the CT5-V, it would sell great! I wish all their EV’s were available with ICE alternatives

  2. So annoying that the Optiq isn’t available in that nice rich blue color and instead uses that highlighter Chevy blue.
