Following the launch of the brand’s new all-electric business in the country back in May, Cadillac has just expanded its EV retail and services ecosystem in Germany.
General Motors’ iconic luxury brand is expanding its all-electric ecosystem in Germany to offer a high-level customer experience in the country, Europe’s largest and most established automotive market. As part of the local rollout of its new business strategy, Cadillac announced the imminent opening of all-new Experience Centers in Frankfurt and Hamburg, the expansion of its service network and a new app for the German market.
“At Cadillac, our goal is to make your journey exceptional. Whether that’s through our new Cadillac City Experience Centers, flexible leasing options, uninterrupted connectivity or the Cadillac Charge App, we’re enhancing every aspect of owning a Cadillac in Germany,” said President and Managing Director at GM Europe, Pere Brugal. “Join us today in discovering what makes Cadillac the ultimate driving experience,” he added.
Cadillac has begun the expansion of its EV ecosystem in Germany with the opening of the all-new Cadillac City Frankfurt – open to the public as of Friday, September 27th – representing the brand’s first and main Experience Center in that country. This will be followed just a couple of weeks later by the all-new Cadillac City Hamburg in the north, which will open its doors to the public as of October 11th.
Both Cadillac City Experience Centers in Germany will support the online sales platform and allow both German users and tourists from the rest of the world to experience the brand’s latest innovations. In addition to the usual showroom, Cadillac City presents immersive environments where visitors can explore the vehicles, receive personalized advice from experts and connect first-hand with Cadillac’s unique services.
In addition to the country-exclusive Cadillac Lyriq leasing program, Cadillac has launched tailored solutions for commercial customers in Germany, along with new locations for its service partner network and the all-new Cadillac Charge App – exclusively for Cadillac EV owners that connects them to more than 780,000 charging stations across Europe. The app allows for seamless payments, detailed tracking and consolidated monthly billing.
