As part of the luxury brand’s planned expansion in the Asian country, General Motors has just announced that Cadillac has opened all-new service centers in South Korea.
The automaker recently opened four all-new Cadillac service centers in major South Korean cities, where the American brand is executing an expansion plan with new products and facilities to offer premium services that improve customer satisfaction. The new service centers support the brand’s business strategy and the recent launch of the new 2024 Cadillac Lyriq in the country.
“This year, Cadillac is investing significant resources in after-sales service to improving overall customer satisfaction with its new portfolio strategy led by the brand’s first electric SUV, Lyriq,” said Senior Manager, Aftersales at Cadillac Korea, Jung-Su Park. “As we have attracted a significant number of new customers, we will continue to manage them so that they can enjoy a differentiated ‘American luxury’ experience from sales to service,” he added.
In particular, the four new Cadillac service centers in South Korea are facilities dedicated exclusively to the technical service and maintenance of vehicles sold by the brand in the Asian country. As such, these new locations complement the exclusive workshops of the existing Cadillac dealer network and accelerate the transformation of the brand’s business in the South Korean market.
The Cadillac Seoul Service Center inside the GM Korea corporate building in the South Korean capital, the Cadillac Busan Service Center, the Cadillac Gwangju Service Center and the Cadillac Suwon Service Center are now open for business. All of them feature state-of-the-art facilities, specialized personnel and excellent accessibility to serve Cadillac customers.
The all-new Cadillac Service Centers in South Korea represent an important step in the brand’s growth strategy. At the same time, Cadillac is renovating its dealerships to adapt them to the brand’s new global image and prepare them for the growing range of fully electric vehicles coming to the country.
