General Motors India has made an official statement regarding its presence at the upcoming 2016 Auto Expo held in Delhi, India.
Specifically, Chevrolet will unveil two new vehicles at the show, and provided a teaser image of the Beat Cross concept. The Beat Cross is essentially a beefed up Beat hatchback with additional rugged add-ons. The brand also confirmed a second concept vehicle will debut, but no information was revealed at this time.
Kaher Kazem, President and Managing Director of GM India, said: “Visitors to the 2016 Auto Expo will see a completely new Chevrolet. Our presence at this year’s event will be highlighted by some Chevrolet product reveals that will mirror the aspirations of Indian consumers and compete in the most vital segments of the Indian vehicle market.”
In addition to the two concept vehicles, Chevrolet will show the 2016 Camaro and 2016 C7 Corvette Stingray to the public as two halo vehicle. Alongside the two sports cars will be the Chevrolet Colorado, Trailblazer, Cruze and all-new Spin MPV.
