Circuit of the Americas is the U.S.A.’s latest high-profile race track. Those may recall that Austin, TX road course opened late last year, and hosted the only Formula One race in the country. But now that it’s still the off-season for many racing leagues, the weekends are left open for the casual track day.
Take for example this Chevy Corvette giving chase to a rumbling, bumbling Camaro ZL1. Taken from the view of the C6, the ZL1 is unsurprisingly quick, but the driver eventually lets the lower, lighter supercar pass by. Probably as a recognition of just who is on top of the GM performance totem pole.
If anything, watching the video to hear the symphony of small-block V8 engines at wide open throttle is enough to click the play button.
