Cadillac turned 110 last week, and to celebrate this super centenarian feat a 150-page book will be released chronicling its rich history that began in 1902. Published by Assouline, only 500 hand-numbered Cadillac luxury books will be produced, each housed in a black slipcase with metallic Cadillac plaque and retailing for $395. For the Caddy fan on a budget, a hardcover version with dust jacket will also be available and retail for $75.
Think $395 is steep for a coffee table book?  Bah. It’s nothing compared to the $275,000 Enzo Diamante Official Ferrari Opus, a huge 82-pound leather-bound book which features a diamond-encrusted silver Prancing Horse logo and a carbon fiber clamshell case. Still, it’s a must for any Cadillac enthusiast.
