If you’ve ever wondered what the interior of a massive assembly plant looks like, this should come as great news for you. General Motors will host open house events at its manufacturing plants all over America, but you’ll have to wait until about this time next year to attend one.
The goal behind these events is to connect with each plant’s local community. Each facility will be able to pick its own date for the open house. For more, have a look at the presser below.

I believe this is a great decision by General Motors, to allow the general public to veiw the inside of the footprint of their manufactoring plants in the United States, Im hoping they do this north of the border up here in Canada. I believe by doing this the general public will build a connection with the brand by seeing first hand the efforts that are put in to building a top quality vehicle by the men and women of the UAW & of coarse their counterparts the CAW in Canada. The general public will feel confident that while purchasing a particular vehicle from the best automobile manufacturer in the world is built to the top quality by seeing this first hand by these tours. This is the new General Motors showing yet another way of connecting with their customers. Great job!!!
