More changes are brought to the third-generation crossover nameplate by the 2025 Chevy Traverse, ranging from a reduction in paint colors availability to significant trim level updates. The available 2025 Chevy Traverse interior colors remain centered on Jet Black, but one more colorway is offered than in 2024.
The four current trim levels of the vehicle don’t share any of the seven Chevy Traverse interior colorways on offer for 2025. The now entry-level LT trim gets three interior colors, while the reintroduced High Country has two and the off-road Z71 and range-topping RS get one colorway apiece.
Materials used for the seating upholstery include premium cloth, Evotex, and perforated leather. Evotex is faux leather made from thermoplastic or nylon and offers a soft touch, durability and wear resistance, easy cleaning and resistance to spills or stains. Here’s the full rundown on 2025 Chevy Traverse interior colorways:

Moving beyond the Chevy Traverse interior colorways, the crossover model has dropped two trim levels for the 2025 model year, including the fleet-oriented 1FL trim for the commercial market and the entry-level LS trim level for consumer vehicles. The High Country trim returned but now slots in below the RS where a Premier trim would normally be found.
The General is cutting back on the number of available paint colors for its vehicles overall, and the Harvest Bronze Metallic paint (color code GXN) has already become unavailable to order on the 2025 Traverse. The number of standard safety features has been reduced for the model as well, with some returning to optional status for 2025.
Pricing for the 2025 Chevy Traverse starts at $41,995 for the base LT trim with FWD, which increases to $43,995 if the trim is equipped with AWD. At the high end is the $58,795 starting MSRP for the RS trim configured with all-wheel drive. The model’s destination freight charge, which is set at $1,395, is included in these figures. The online configurator is available to try out various Traverse builds.
Powering the Bow Tie crossover is a single engine choice, the turbocharged 2.5L I4 LK0 gasoline engine rated at 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque. The vehicle rides on the GM C1-2 platform, with production taking place at the GM Lansing Delta plant in Michigan.

How pathetic, a little red stripe in a black seat is suppose to be a color interior.
Why have 7 black options? Why have options at all. They have ruined this car.
You can have any interior color you want, as long as it’s black.
Worked for Henry Ford…for a while…a hundred years ago.
The exterior really needs the bright work above the doors. Otherwise the shark fin looks really clunky.
No beige/white/light interior, no sale. All of my GM vehicles have had light interiors going back to my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, and everything in-between, up to my 2024 Chevy 2500 HD.
The new Telluride and Palisade coming out soon (larger than outgoing models) are going to continue to eat. Just look at the market share they’ve been able to achieve in this segment in four years! The Koreans are playing chess while GM can’t even lay out the checkerboard.
GM’s strategy of nerfing the 3-row unibodies to force people into a Tahoe/Yukon to get the features they want is going to blow up in their faces. There are just not enough consumers out there willing to go that upmarket, for capabilities that 95% of them will never need.
I hope GM already has a mid-cycle refresh planned and fast-tracked for 2026 because things aren’t looking good. Maybe Trump tariffs will help out, but knowing GM, instead of taking advantage of favorable pricing to grow market share, they’ll maintain high pricing on uncompelling vehicles and then wonder why their market share continues to erode.
Big mistake no lighter interior. My 23 has a great looking camel with black trimmed interior. I was looking forward to purchase a new 25. Nothing but black interior, just like 24. with the 25 having a red strip on the front seat. I heard in 24 they made late in the year grey seats available but no color in door trim or dash. Cheap and very disappointing. Sad part is the Traverse is a great driving vehicle, great handling, good milage, room for family or friends, no reason Traverse wouldn’t be a leader in the industry given proper interiors. Mary Barra your team has missed guided with their direction of interior color on a great vehicle.
