Commercial Link is an OnStar vehicle fleet management service that helps fleets more effectively manage their vehicles by offering the tools, reporting and customization to optimize costs and reduce vehicle downtime.
Features
Commercial Link consists of four features:
- GPS Location Tracking: track your vehicles and view their location history from a mobile device or computer
- Fuel Efficiency reports: monitor your vehicles’ fuel consumption with the help of fuel efficiency reports
- Speed reports: monitor your vehicles’ speed and get alerts when your drivers are driving too fast
- Maintenance alerts: get service and maintenance alerts to stay ahead of issues and remove the need for manual driver checklists
- Reporting: set threshold notifications and alarms to receive custom reports that matter to your business
Access
Commercial Link is accessed via an app for Apple iOS or Google Android devices. Users can also log in using a computer by going to www.gmcommerciallink.com
Pricing
OnStar Family Link is priced at $10 per month per vehicle with no longer-term contract, for up to 15 vehicles. The price excludes taxes and other fees.
Customers are required to activate their vehicle’s OnStar Basic Plan, which is included for 5 years from the original new-vehicle delivery date on most vehicles.
