The GM Tonawanda plant, officially known as GM Tonawanda Engine Plant or GM Tonawanda Powertrain, is located in Buffalo, New York, USA. The plant is located across from the Niagara River and currently operates three plants that produce engines for various General Motors vehicles.

- Turbocharged Ecotec 2.0L I4 LTG used in: Chevrolet Camaro, Malibu; Buick Regal, Chevrolet Equinox, GMC Terrain, Cadillac ATS, CTS, CT6 (2016-2018 model years), CT6 Plug-In, Chevrolet Traverse (2018 and newer)
- LT engine family:
- 6.2L LT1 V8 used in Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, Corvette Grand Sport, Chevrolet Camaro
- Supercharged 6.2L LT4 V8 used in: Cadillac CTS-V.
