The Chevrolet chatbot says my 2024 Silverado HD has been built for almost a month, but has been awaiting or transport in Canada. Is there ANY way to find more info or an ETA. The dealership has been nice, but they can’t seem to get any more details or a real ETA. This is crazy that there isn’t more transparency for someone spending $70K on a truck.
My 2500hd had a tpw of the 21st , got a vin number Tuesday , the (bot)keeps texting me order approved. I started the order six weeks ago.
Did you get in transit from the dealer?
I typed in (advisor) to get this info from a live person. You could try that.
The truck is listed on the dealer website as being “in transit”. I check in once in awhile, but I’m not going to harass the dealership constantly. They are as anxious for an answer as I am. When I tried typing “advisor”, they were just going to send my update request to the dealer, which I can do myself.
But “In transit” tells me nothing. Especially since its not really “in transit”. Its sitting somewhere in Canada waiting to be transported to the US. For over a month now.
