With a gorgeous blue exterior, fully bespoke interior, and modern V8 under the hood, this 1952 GMC truck has all the right stuff to turn heads, as seen in the following feature video.
Clocking in at a bit under 11 minutes, the video comes to us from Tre 5 Customs out of Peoria, Arizona and covers the work and details that went into making this GMC truck what it is today.
The first thing to grab us is the gorgeous exterior, which is covered in light blue paint that does well to enhance the curvaceous body. In the corners, this 1952 GMC truck rides on a set Detroit Steel wheels, sized at 20 inches by 8.5 inches in front and 20 inches by 10 inches in the rear. A whitewall treatment adds a nice dash of class to it as well.
Various chrome bits also add some nice sizzle, such as with the factory emblem and grille. There’s also a set of aftermarket mirrors, windshield wipers, and billet door handles The turn signals are from a later model year, as original components were hard to find, while a splash piece between the bumper and grille helps to create a more cohesive look.
Moving inside, the cabin space is adorned with white upholstery throughout, including for the TMI seats, headliner, and door panels, giving it a pristine, fresh aesthetic. A new infotainment system with a touchscreen and stereo keeps it modern, while the crank windows keep it delightfully old school. Also check the Dakota Digital gauges and light-up controls.
Under the hood, we find the naturally aspirated GM LS3 V8 engine, which is rated at roughly 525 horsepower. The LS3 includes a new intake manifold and valve covers, the latter of which were repainted for a custom touch.
The body is riding in an aftermarket chassis, while the suspension is Ridetech’s ShockWave system with Bluetooth controls.
All told, this blue 1952 GMC truck is a stunner through and through. Check it out in the full feature video right here:
