The latest 2021 Cadillac XT5 midsize luxury crossover is less expensive than the previous 2020 model year, per a recent pricing analysis from our sister publication, Cadillac Society.
According to a recent Cadillac Society report, the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) figures for 2021 Cadillac XT5 models in the entry-level Luxury trim are now slightly below those of an equivalent 2020 model year vehicle. The pricing difference varies between front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive models, and averages out to a small $43 average price difference (0.08 percent) across all trim levels
2021 Cadillac XT5 FWD Models
New 2021 Cadillac XT5 FWD Luxury 350T models are now priced at $44,990, $100 less than 2020 XT5 models with the same drivetrain and trim level configuration, with previous pricing set at $45,090. Meanwhile, 2021 XT5 FWD Premium Luxury 350T models and 2021 XT5 FWD Premium Luxury 400 models are priced at $49,790 and $50,790, mirroring the MSRP for the previous 2020 model year.

New 2021 Cadillac XT5 AWD Luxury 350T models are now priced at $46,990, a $200 drop compared to 2020 model year vehicles in the same trim level and drivetrain configuration, with previous pricing at $47,190. Meanwhile, 2021 Cadillac XT5 AWD Premium Luxury 350T, 2021 Cadillac XT5 AWD Premium Luxury 400, and 2021 Cadillac XT5 AWD Sport 400 models carry the same MSRP as previous 2020 model year vehicles, priced at $51,790, $52,790, and $56,090, respectively.

Note that all prices listed above are the base MSRP figures for each respective trim level, without options. The figures also include a $995 destination charge, and do not include any manufacturer incentives or rebates.
Although the price drops are minor and only for the entry-level Luxury trim level, the savings will surely still be appreciated by those potential buyers investigating a new Cadillac XT5 crossover.
As a reminder, the latest 2021 Cadillac XT5 is now equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard, as well as a new 20-inch wheel option. The 2021 model year also offers Satin Steel Metallic as a no-charge paint option, while the power tilt and telescoping steering column on Luxury models has been replaced with a manual system.
