2007 Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows Edition Is Signed By The Man Himself

A 2007 Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows Edition has come up for sale on VetteFinders.com, representing a rare opportunity to own a limited edition Corvette signed by the Canadian road racer himself.

The Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows Edition was introduced at the 2007 Chicago Auto Show and was built to celebrate the career of NASCAR road course ringer and Corvette Racing driver Ron Fellows. All 399 examples of the Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows Edition had an Arctic White exterior with red fender hash marks, which featured embossed maple leaves. There were also chrome alloy wheels and patterned red and black interior upholstery.

Rounding out the changes for the Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows Edition is a signed center console. This isn’t some replica graphic if Fellow’s signature, either – the racer actually hand signed all 399 console lids destined for installation in the cars, adding to its provenance and projected value.

Only 399 examples of the Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows Edition were produced, with 300 destined for the US, 33 for Canada and another 66 sidelined for export to markets outside of North America.

According to the listing for this car, it is sold with sealed certificates of authenticity, was always hand washed and waxed and was only ever filled up with Sunoco Super gasoline. It was also serviced annually at the Chevrolet dealership from which it was purchased and has never been driven in the rain.

The seller of this car is asking $65,000 USD for it, which is high for a C6 Corvette Z06.  This car seems to have be in near-perfect condition, though, and has low extremely low mileage, showing just 14,000 miles on the odometer. It’s hard to say how much the Ron Fellows Edition cars are worth, as they rarely come up for sale, but this would be an interesting addition to any Corvette collection and is one of the lesser known C6 special editions.
