Arash AF10’s 2,080 HP Hyper Car Seems To Use LT4 Supercharged V8 Power

You’ve likely never heard of Arash, a small, boutique British automaker. The company has recently revealed its updated Arash AF10 hyper car, which now delivers an astounding 2,080 hp with the combination of traditional V8 power and electric motors.

But, why has it ended up here? Because it seems the V8 power is a tried-and-true small block V8. Judging by the press photo released of the engine, it sure looks LT4 in nature, that’s the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 found in the 2016 C7 Corvette Z06. Furthermore, Autoblog reports the engines displaces 6.2-liters.

Arash makes no comment on where the engine is sourced from, but it seems an American V8 has found its way to yet another vehicle for obvious reasons.

And if the 2,080 hp is too much for you, Arash will gladly put you down for a naturally-aspirated 550 hp variant.
