General Motors Recalls 9,354 Units Of Opel Meriva B In Russia Over To Replace Seat Belts

General Motors is recalling 9,354 Opel Meriva B (second-generation) vehicles that were sold in Russia to address a standards compliance issue with the seat belts.

According to Russian technical standards watchdog Rosstandart, the automaker started the recall to comply with a law enacted in 2002 about technical regulation. The affected vehicles will be checked and their seat belts will be replaced if necessary.
