1969 Cutlass Station Wagon Is One Obscure Oldsmobile: Craigslist Find

For whatever reason, the auto enthusiast crowd loves a wagon. If we could have our pick of any vehicle it would be a wagon, include a massive V8 engine, be equipped with a manual gearbox and be some obscure brown color. This 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass wagon nearly checks all of those boxes. Mostly because this wagon is blue.

We stumbled upon this 1969 Cutlass wagon on Craigslist currently residing somewhere near Portland, Oregon. According to the seller, the 1969 Cutlass was ordered from the factory with a 350 cubic-inch V8, three-speed manual gearbox on the column and has factory air. No power steering or brakes found here, though.

Then, the seller swapped in the famed 455 cubic-inch Oldsmobile Rocket V8 and added in a few modern conveniences like the aforementioned lack of power steering and brakes.

If obscurity is your thing, we’ve found your ride. The 1969 Cutlass only has 129,000 original miles, and is  a clean, rust-free California car.
