General Motors’ brands have seen their fair share of PR switches, but it seems the time has come for Vauxhall to renew its allegiance to a firm. GM’s UK face, Vauxhall, is ready for four candidates to pitch themselves for the brand’s business.
The report comes from PR Week, who say 3 Monkeys, Kaper, Fever and incumbent John Doe are set to pitch for Vauxhall Motors‘ consumer PR account next week. The brand will hear what each agency has to say next week in hopes to become the voice of the Vauxhall brand. John Doe has been the PR agency for Vauxhall since 2011 after it won a seven-way pitch.
Rana Reeves, founder of John Doe, told PR Week: “This process comes around every three years and we are very excited to have the opportunity to pitch again.”
Vauxhall has had its share of PR stunts, including the world’s fastest sign making starring the Vauxhall Vivaro, and the Vauxhall Corsa‘s gravity defying sculpture.
