Hagerty Insurance recently released their annual Hot List, and among the ten vehicles that made it were the 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Convertible and Corvette 427 Convertible. The Hagerty Hot List predicts what vehicles launched during the year would be most collectible in the future.
Considering that the LS7-powered 427 Convertible was released during the tail-end of the C6 Corvette’s life, it will easily be one of the rarer Corvettes on the market, especially the 60th Anniversary Editions. Everything about the 427 yells “garage queen,” which is a shame, because it’s an absolute blast to drive. As for the ZL1 Convertible, it really needs no other explanation other than it’s the fastest production Chevrolet convertible ever made.

That’s a shocker! No not really, I think everybody knew these would be instant classics. I am surprised the ZL1 convertible is faster than the 427 vert.
