2013 Chevy TrailBlazer To Enter Australian Market As Holden Colorado 7

Upon the unveiling of the 2013 Chevrolet TrailBlazer  in Dubai earlier this week, Holden announced that it will launch its own version of the midsized SUV in Australia dubbed the Holden Colorado 7. The body-on-frame SUV is expected to enter the Australian market by the first quarter of 2013.

So, what of the American market? GM won’t say just yet, but remember that the company didn’t initially confirm the all-new Chevy Colorado pickup for America until just recently. Oh, and there’s the expectation of “two midsized vehicles” to be produced in Spring Hill, Tenn., and the all-new TrailBlazer definitely falls into that category.

  2. The name kinda sucks.

I mean it is kinda unorginal to just tack a “7” onto the Colorado name. Sure they share the same platform, but can’t the marketing people do better than that?
