If you were in the market for a Corvette in Europe (notice: not “Chevrolet Corvette”) during the last few years, you would have had to visit your local Cadillac dealer. And unless you had a helicopter at your disposal to cover the entire region, you probably couldn’t find one of those stores in your vicinity anyway. But as GM Europe restructures itself, its dealer network, and moves Chevrolet upmarket with offerings such as the Cruze and Camaro (instead of rebadged Daewoo models), things are changing.
European Corvette customers will soon be able to purchase GM’s hailed supercar in all of its flavors at Chevrolet dealers, much like they have been able to in North America. Even though the ‘Vette will not have the “Chevrolet” name anywhere on the bodywork, Chevrolet and Corvette have always been together – like fish and chips.
As you’re pondering your next Corvette purchase, be sure to read the latest highly tantalizing Corvette rumor right here.
