The show host was insincere and it’s apparent when he tries to “excite” the viewers by constantly saying how “exciting” the event is.
Poor timing, editing and just too much fluff.
I was truly excited to sit and watch this 41 minute launch. However the dread started in the first 5 minutes. I stuck around giving credit to GMC video director/producer, however this launch could have been much more exciting if it was 5-10 minutes tops, with some serious facts.
Advice: Drop the fluff. Drop the Cheerleader host and get a charismatic/sincere personality… and then watch a few Steve Jobs product launches to better understand timing and how to build anticipation.
P.S. The Terrain doesn’t look bad. Definitely a step-up from the last gen. I’ll youtube better reviews on this CUV.
