Check out our footage of the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro Krypton Concept showing off the electroluminescent paint job in action.
Completed by Lumilor Labs, the price for this paint job was a whopping $80,000 – that’s more than twice the starting cost of a second 2016 Camaro. We’re sure the reaction it has earned so far is worth it, it definitely was one of the easier cars to remember from SEMA.
We can just imagine how awesome this 2016 Camaro would look on the road during the night, though we’re almost positive that this would be some sort of driving violation with the green light in most states.
After you’ve watched the video let us know your thoughts on the 2016 Camaro Krypton Concept. Is it tacky and cheesy, creative, overrated? Ultimately, does it seem worth the $80K, or would you pass on the technology? We’d like to hear your thoughts after you observe for yourself in the video above.

I could only watch about 30 seconds of this video due to the automated Text-to-Speech script. Ridiculous.
Sorry Andy, there seemed to be a mix-up on the video. The correct video — our video — has been posted. Free of text-to-speech script and other inconveniences.
