We’ve seen photographed mules of the Opel/Vauxhall pocket car running around Europe earlier this year, and Autocar reports that the car will eventually make its way to market sometime in 2013. Speculated to be called the Junior, the super mini is expected to compete in the segment that includes cars like the Fiat 500, Audi A1 and Mini Cooper and will slot below the larger Corsa and Agila in the lineup.
Could this vehicle be the “surprise debut” that will be revealed at Frankfurt? We’ll have to wait until mid-September to find out.

Have one of these as a Chevy in America and a Buick for top of the line (so you don’t bring Vauxhall here)? That’d be cool I think.
This don’t gone work , why ? Wel the Fiat 500 has a historical charm and heritage , this junior can’t compete with that. Btw the Sonic (in Europe Aveo) looks better than the Junior.
CruzeBe:
Not everything has to be retro, that’s what is nice about Opel to me is they produce modern driving and “looking” cars, modern is good the new Astra proves that.
