Just weeks after the official debut of the refreshed 2025 Chevy Spin in Brazil, the vehicle’s birthplace and sole production center worldwide, General Motors has just begun shipments of the MPV in the South American country.
The automaker has officially begun production and distribution of the new 2025 Chevy Spin in Brazil, as part of the commercial strategy for the imminent local launch of the model at the end of the first quarter of the year. In fact, first 2025 Spin shipments coincide with a new advertising campaign specific to the family vehicle in the Brazilian market called “Novo Chevrolet Spin. Tudo é Big” or New Chevrolet Spin. Everything is Big in English.
Earlier this week, local media photographed the first batch of refreshed 2025 Chevy Spin units on a carrier truck leaving the GM São Caetano do Sul plant in the Brazilian state of São Paulo – confirming that series production of the vehicle has started. The truck was carrying eight 2025 Spin units and was branded with a huge advertising billboard as part of the official marketing campaign.
As such, GM Brazil is moving its logistical process ahead prior to the commercial launch of the refreshed 2025 Chevy Spin, making sure the entire network of more than 500 official Chevrolet dealers in the country has units in stock in order to begin offering it simultaneously to customers next month. Production of the new Spin is expected to increase gradually over the coming weeks.
Notably, the refreshed 2025 Chevy Spin introduces substantial changes that make it look more like a crossover to raise its level of appeal as South America’s most popular and affordable seven-seat vehicle. New features include a prominent new front fascia design, an updated side profile with protective moldings and slightly higher suspension, a more refined rear section and an all-new interior with class-leading features.
The refreshed 2025 Chevy Spin will officially launch in Brazil at the end of March. So far, the company has only revealed a couple of official images of the vehicle in the Premier trim level, but it’s expected to be available in about four more variants. All equipment and powertrain details will be revealed as the launch date approaches.
